Inside Andy Lee and Rebecca Harding’s $2,800-a-night getaway in Tasmania

Andy Lee and his girlfriend, model Rebecca Harding, have been together since 2014.

And on Tuesday, the couple jetted to Tasmania for a romantic getaway – their first interstate trip since Melbourne‘s lockdown laws were eased.

Rebecca, 30, shared several photos from their holiday to Instagram, including one snap of the pair beaming at the top of a mountain. 

While the scene looked like the perfect place to pop the question, it appears as though the comedian didn’t seize the opportunity. 

Rebecca also uploaded photos from their trip to a nearby oyster farm, and seemed particularly excited to handle a tiny baby oyster.

During the visit, they also drank champagne to go with their fresh oysters.

The couple are staying at the five-star Saffire Freycinet hotel, where suites cost up to $2,800 per night.

Taking to Instagram, Rebecca showed off their suite’s huge floor-to-ceiling windows with views out to the nearby national park.

The room also includes a chess board, which she and Andy took full advantage of.

The couple’s trip to Tasmania comes after Rebecca sent fans into a frenzy when she posted a Melbourne Cup throwback photo of herself and Andy to social media.

‘I saw this picture and thought you pulled a sneaky wedding,’ one fan commented below the snap, noting the pair’s formal dress.

‘I almost thought this was your wedding,’ another agreed, while a third wrote: ‘I thought you had a surprise wedding when I first looked!’

Andy and Rebecca have been the subject of engagement speculation for years, but it seems as though they aren’t in any rush to tie the knot.
