Grant Denyer is forced to deny rumours he’s jumping ship to Channel Seven after Network 10 axed his show Dancing with the Stars
Grant Denyer will not be jumping ship from Network 10 to Channel Seven, his manager has confirmed to Daily Mail Australia.
On Wednesday, The Age reported that the 43-year-old TV presenter and race car driver was in ‘discussions’ to host the Supercars coverage on Seven next year.
A source told the newspaper that Seven’s acquisition of the 2021 Supercars broadcast rights had ‘piqued Grant’s interest’.

Over the weekend, Grant hosted the Bathurst 1000 on Channel 10, and the source claimed he was keen to continue hosting the event.
The Age also reported on rumours that Grant could replace Andrew O’Keefe as host Seven’s popular game show The Chase Australia.
But Grant’s manager told Daily Mail Australia on Wednesday: ‘I can confirm that Grant Denyer will not be joining the Seven Network or hosting The Chase.’

‘We have decided to hang up our dancing shoes, lycra pants and sequined jackets for the time being,’ a network spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia on Thursday.
‘We would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to all those involved in the show, in particular Amanda Keller and Grant Denyer, who were fabulous hosts, as well as all the judges, dancers, the stars and of course the crew.’
Grant’s TV presenting career took off on Channel Seven. He was the weatherman for breakfast show Sunrise from 2004 to 2013.
