Chrishell Stause insists her close relationship with Gleb Savchenko has been ‘misinterpreted’

Chrishell Strause is doing her best to shut down rumours she is dating her Dancing With the Stars partner Gleb Savchenko.

The Selling Sunset star again commented on the rumours her professional dance partner had cheated on his wife with her during the competition.

Speaking to E! News as the DWTS final aired, Chrishell insisted their sizzling dancefloor chemistry had been ‘misinterpreted’.

Just days after the pair were eliminated from the show, Gleb and his wife of 14 years, Elena Samodanova, announced that they were separating.

Elena then publicly accused Gleb of cheating on her, but both he and Chrishell confirmed that there was no romance between them 

Speaking this week about the rumours which refuse to go away, Chrishell said: ‘I feel like it really is annoying because it’s one of those things where, you know, unfortunately, the timing of what he’s going through personally, people want to make it into something it’s notn’

‘So we’re just friends.’

‘I get it,’ she added. ‘I’ve been on soaps. You have to have that kind of stuff sometimes when you’re on the dance floor. People misinterpret that.’ 

While both Chrishell and Gleb have both denied any inappropriate relationship, the dancer’s wife alleged he’s had multiple affairs throughout their 14 year marriage when she announced their split last month.

Chrishell, 39, split with This Is Us star Justin Hartley last year after two years of marriage. 

The reality star appeared on the Off the Vine podcast with Kaitlyn Bristowe on Friday where she made some telling comments about cheating in relationships. 

‘If I found out they were a cheater in some way, like, they had a girlfriend or that whole thing [that would be a deal breaker],” she said.  

Stause and Savchenko were eliminated from Dancing With the Stars on the November 2 episode, and now that the show is behind her, she’s looking forward to dating again.

‘At the end of the day, I’m looking forward to getting out and mingling a little bit,’ Stause said on the podcast.

‘I’ve been so busy dancing, I wanna go on a date! I’m like “Woah, what’s that feel like?”‘ she added.
