Ashlee Simpson went to Gelson’s supermarket in Los Angeles on Wednesday to pick up supplies for her husband Evan Ross’ 32nd birthday.
The 35-year-old singer, who is expecting her third child, was seen in all black with a flattering floral duster.
This comes after the younger sister of Jessica Simpson shared a loving birthday tribute to her spouse on Instagram.

Simpson had on white cat-eye sunglasses with her blonde hair pulled back into a sleek ponytail.
Ashlee appeared to have potato chips in her green plastic grocery bags among other items.

She walked up to her black car and loaded the groceries herself as she was alone for the outing.
Her tribute to Evan – the son of singer Diana Ross – was posted on Wednesday as she added several flashback photos for her nearly 1M fans

Ashlee shared her happy baby news via social media on April 30, showing off her positive pregnancy test.
A gender reveal event in June revealed she’s expecting a boy.
Simpson and Wentz divorced in 2011 after three years of marriage. She wed Evan in August 2014 at his mother Diana Ross’s estate in Connecticut. Their daughter Jagger was born on July 30, 2015.
Ashlee recently took part in the ‘women supporting women’ Instagram challenge on Monday which sees women post a flattering black and white photo of themselves.
The singer looked fabulous as she posed on a roof terrace in a flowing maxi dress.
