New Jersey woman who moved to India to look after orphans with special needs adopted 12 children  

Courtney Lalotra, 34, from New Jersey, travelled to India in 2010 for a college trip and decided to stay to work at an orphanage. She said the country is overwhelmed by children needing help during Covid.
