Marshall White Stonnington agent Nicholas Brooks told Realestate.com.au on Wednesday: ‘The size is by far the most compelling aspect of the apartment, given the location, it’s over 240sq m internally; to find an apartment that size in South Yarra you’re usually looking around the $4m mark.’
He explained that the unconventional octagonal floorplan placed the pad at a lower price point to other apartments its size on the market.
‘It’s boutique-style living with five apartments, as opposed to 200, and predominantly owner occupiers in the building.’
