George Clooney is teaming up with Omaze for a new charitable venture, and he starred in a hilarious new video to promote it, where he proved to be Brad PItt‘s biggest fan… and also one stranger’s worst roommate.
The 59-year-old actor and his wife Amal are teaming up with Omaze and giving away at trip to Lake Como, Italy where the lucky winner will hang out with the happy couple.
Fans must donate to the campaign for a chance to win, with donations going towards The Clooney Foundation for Justice (CFJ), which, ‘advocates for justice through accountability for human rights abuses around the world.

The video begins with Clooney – clad in a stylish black leather jacket over a navy blue shirt – revealing he wants to celebrate with a random fan, once the pandemic is over.
‘I want you to come celebrate with Amal and me at our house in Lake Como. I’m serious,’ he begins.
‘To support my foundation, we’re gonna fly you and a friend out to Italy, we’re gonna put you up in one of our favorite hotels and have you over to our place for a little get-together,’ he added.

The video takes an odd turn, though, when Clooney reveals that his favorite part of meeting new people, ‘is you never know when a lifetime friendship is gonna blossom.’
He added that, ‘by total dumb luck,’ he actually spent, ‘most of last year stuck rooming with this random guy and we’re basically best friends now.’
The ‘random guy’ named Byron sees the situation quite differently, revealing right away he does not recommend hanging out with George Clooney.

Dumb luck: He added that, ‘by total dumb luck,’ he actually spent, ‘most of last year stuck rooming with this random guy and we’re basically best friends now’
Byron added that Clooney stopped by to ‘pick up something he was buying from me on Craigslist,’ and when that happened, ‘the stay-at-home order hit and he never left.’
Clooney revealed the item he bought was a Batman action figure, poking fun at his own role as Batman in 1997’s Batman and Robin, joking the figure is, ‘not the one with the nipples, but still not bad’ for a seven dollar purchase.
It’s then revealed how big of a fan Clooney is of his Ocean’s trilogy co-star Brad Pitt, with his room adorned with Pitt posters and paraphernalia.

Clooney poked fun at Batman & Robin again, when George suggests watching Ocean’s Eleven, which annoys Byron, until he suggests Batman & Robin, which leads Byron to go back to Ocean’s Eleven, as George asks, ‘What’s that supposed to mean?’

He revealed that Clooney just gave him autographed photos for each month’s rent, including a Michael Jordan photo that was already signed by MJ.
