Lindy Klim reveals what her relationship with ex-husband Michael is like now – five years after their tumultuous split
Lindy Klim has given a refreshingly honest update on her relationship with ex-husband Michael.
The Balinese princess, 44, was married to the Olympic swimmer, 43, for nearly a decade before they split acrimoniously five years ago.
While the pair have since made amends for the sake of their children, Lindy admits their relationship remains a ‘work in progress’.

During a Q&A with her Instagram followers on Sunday, the mother-of-five was asked: ‘Are you on good terms with your ex husband? Modern family?’
Lindy responded: ‘Yes mostly… like any relationship it’s a work in progress.’
She accompanied her response with a throwback photo of herself and Michael posing alongside her new husband Adam Ellis, and their respective children.

Lindy, who currently resides in Bali, shares custody of Stella, 13, Rocco, 11, Frankie, eight, with their Sydney-based father Michael.
She also shares daughter, Goldie, two, with her property developer husband Adam,
Lindy and Michael announced their separation in February 2018, with Lindy previously describing the acrimonious split as ‘painful’ and ‘traumatic’.

However, the exes have since put their differences aside and now share what Lindy describes as an ‘incredible’ relationship.
Speaking to Stellar magazine last year, Lindy gushed: ‘The relationship Michael and I have is incredible. We have been able to come through such a difficult time, and that’s not to say I am going to sugarcoat it.’
‘We are always going to have difficult moments that come up, but at least we can speak about it as adults and we can just not have the anger behind it anymore,’ she said.
