The three-storey home, in the exclusive gated community of Windy Dropdown in North Curl Curl on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, is expected to sell for up to $8million.
‘We are looking for buyer feedback from our first inspection [on] Saturday. As a general guide we feel that it will be $8million,’ real estate agent Phillip Wright told The Australian.

The property was a labour of love for the former beauty queen, 37, who bought the block with Jake in 2009 for $1.1million.
The couple worked with architect Koichi Takada over three years to create a stunning home that complemented its surroundings.
The ground floor features a bright and airy foyer with a tucked-away laundry room, a dedicated media room, and a four-car garage.
