Keri Hilson opened up about her rumored rift with Beyonce, clarifying there is no bad blood between them.

The Decatur, Georgia native, speaking with Atlanta V103 radio personality Persia Nicole earlier this week, was quizzed about how they get along amid rumors she threw shade on both Beyonce and Ciara in her 2009 Turnin’ Me On remix.

In the track, which included Lil Wayne and T-Pain, Hilson rapped lyrics including ‘Your vision cloudy if you think that you da best/You can dance, she can sing, but need to move it to the left,’ a seeming reference to the Beyonce hit Irreplaceable.

The latest: Keri Hilson, 38, opened up about her rumored rift with Beyonce, 39, clarifying there is no bad blood between them in a recent radio interview 

Other lyrics in the song include, ‘She need to go have some babies, she need to sit down, she fake/ Them other chicks ain’t even worth talkin’ bout.’

Hilson told Persia Nicole that she got along well with Beyonce when they met, as Beyonce ‘actually has introduced herself’ to her.

‘It was a gracious moment,’ the Knock You Down songstress said. ‘I appreciated it. I feel like she understood what happened, what had transpired and there was a bit of healing in that moment when we met.

The Turnin Me On artist said she looks at Beyonce ‘as a very intuitive kind of soul, as am I.’

Hilson said she would happily collaborate with Beyonce if the opportunity presented itself.

‘It would be a very fun experience to do that if she were open,’ said Hilson, who’s appearing in the Lifetime film Lust: A Seven Deadly Sins Story. ‘I do feel like she understood what that was all about. She’s amazing. I’ve always felt that way. That’s the truth of the matter, but no one will believe that.’

In an earlier interview with the radio station, according to E! News, the Pretty Girl Rock artist said she was ‘not jealous of anybody’s career,’ had ‘worked with Ciara many times’ and is ‘a fan of Beyonce’s.’

The Grammy-nominated singer said of the diss lyrics on the song: ‘It’s anybody that ever tried to take me down and didn’t want to see me succeed. I’m not gonna call their names because I feel I’ve addressed it.’
