‘I have my daughter’s name and my son’s name, so the third one will have to go under there – the Irish cross,’ he explained.

‘This is all Irish mythology – so this is Cuchulainn. This is Brian Boru, the last high King of Ireland. He got that. The Children of Lir. The Brown Bull of Cooley there. Queen Maeve. This is ma clan, mo chroi! And then I have David Bowie there!

‘That says McManus in Ohm writing as well. And then an Irish – that’s the Claddagh on my wedding ring. Very stereotypical Irish.’

Tristan then detailed his love for tattoos, stating each one meant something to him.

Tristan and Tahyna are expecting their third child in April, and are proud parents to Echo, four, and Oison, one.

‘I woke up and I was on the ground,’ Tristan recalled of his first heart attack at age 26 and working as a dancer in Las Vegas.

The television presenter suffered his second heart attack just a few weeks after his 36th birthday two years ago.

Following his second heart attack, Tristan was diagnosed with myopericarditis – inflammation of the pericardium and the heart muscle.

Tristan urged other men to get their hearts checked and be mindful of their health, as it’s not just those who are unhealthy who can fall victim to heart attacks.

‘There will always be that fear. I couldn’t think of anything else that would be more scary than not seeing my kids grow up,’ he said.
