Schapelle actress Krew Boylan splashes out on a $4.34million mansion in Bronte after returning to Sydney from New York
Krew Boylan purchased a stunning home in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, after relocating from New York back home to Australia.
The 38-year-old actress spent $4.34million on a home in Bronte, according to a report by realestate.com.au on Monday.
The Schapelle star purchased the property last month with her husband-of-nine-years, global equities trader Andrew Baud.

Described as a ‘a 1910 garden oasis family home’, the Federation-era house is one of the original gully homes.
The semi-detached property sits on 520 square metres, and features four bedrooms and a fireplace in the master bedroom.
There’s also a sandstone walled basement, spacious yard and open living room.

It was sold by the McCallum family, who purchased the historical property back in 1984 for just $140,000.
The median price for a home in Bronte is now $3.4million.
Krew and Andrew spent most of the last decade living abroad in New York City, after initially moving to Los Angeles.

It’s the first property purchase for the couple, who up until recently were renting a home in nearby Waverley.
Krew previously owned an apartment in Balmain, which she sold for $1,195,000 in 2016, after purchasing it for $575,000 in 2009.
In addition to acting, Krew also runs a production company called Dollhouse Pictures with Rose Byrne, Shannon Murphy, Jessica Carrera and Gracie Otto.
