‘I just sat and cried in front of my kids’: Braith Anasta’s fiancée Rachael Lee reveals her shock cancer battle
Braith Anasta’s fiancée, Rachael Lee, has been diagnosed with stage-one melanoma after discovering a ‘cancerous lump’ on her stomach.
The WAG and personal trainer, 32, revealed her health battle in an interview with The Daily Telegraph on Thursday.
Rachael explained that she could have caught the cancer earlier, but she’d missed her annual check-up after the birth of her daughter, Gigi, two years ago.

She ‘cried in front of the kids’ when she learned the news just five weeks ago.
Rachael has since had the melanoma removed, but has been told she must keep out of the sun and can’t go to the beach again in a bikini.
The mother of two is engaged to former NRL star Braith, 38. The pair announced their engagement in October last year.

Braith, who was married to actress Jodi Gordon from 2012 to 2015, began dating Rachael in 2016.
The couple are parents to daughter Gigi. Braith also shares six-year-old Aleeia with Jodi, and Rachael has an older son, Addison, from a previous relationship.
In September, Braith spoke to Now to Love about co-parenting with his ex-wife.

Previously, Jodi only really saw her daughter on weekends, because she was spending Monday to Friday interstate.
‘[Aleeia] can see Jodi whenever she likes. She probably sees her a bit more and can just go hang out – that’s the advantage of being in Sydney,’ Braith explained.
