Will Smith and Kevin Hart are set to star in a remake of Planes, Trains And Automobiles.

The comedians are both on board to recreate the 1987 travel comedy, according to Variety.

The film – which originally starred Steve Martin and John Candy – follows a pair of businessmen as they fumble their way back to Chicago to spend Thanksgiving with their families.

The Planes, Trains And Automobiles remake is being shepherded by Paramount Pictures.

Hart’s HartBeat Productions and Smith’s Westbrook Studios are teaming up to develop the project.

Aeysha Carr of Brooklyn 99 will be writing the screenplay, which will be her feature film writing debut.

Hart and Smith will produce the film with Westbrook Studios co-president and head of motion pictures Jon Mone along with HartBeat’s president of film and television Bryan Smiley.
