Shelby joked that while she may look picture perfect, she is beginning to struggle with some of the more challenging sides of pregnancy.
The media personality penned: ‘Although I may look glam and have had the best pregnancy you can wish for… the heartburn, swollen ankles/feet, back ache, leg cramps and chafing are all staring to play their parts.’

Earlier this week on the trip, Shelby displayed her growing baby bump as she shared a stunning swimsuit snap from her trip on Wednesday.
She looked radiant as ever as she donned a white one-piece and told her followers she knows she will make ‘the most loving’ mother.
Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘I’ve had sooo many compliments since being pregnant that I might get pregnant more often.

The reality star revealed to fans she hasn’t experienced any morning sickness and feels she is just as ‘clueless’ as those asking her for pregnancy advice because she is a first-time mum.
Shelby wrote: ‘You make my heart so happy. I’ve had a lot of mums asking me for advice but I’m going to be completely honest with you it’s my first baby and I’m just as clueless.
‘I’m such a laid back person I just take each day as it comes to avoid adding too much stress on me and more importantly the baby ( don’t get me wrong I have my odd days but it’s not as often as I thought and I’m sure pregnancy hormones can play a part).
‘I’ve been lucky to have supportive family and friends around me to give me tips, tricks and advice. Also I’ve been so lucky because I’ve had a really good pregnancy with no sickness and felt really well in myself.’
Shelby looked at how being pregnant has helped her self esteem.
She wrote: ‘I’m so proud of how far I’ve come considering I’ve been in such a s**t place not so long ago but now I can say I’ve never felt happiness like this in a such long time and that’s all thanks to you baby boy for helping your mummy realise I’m stronger than I give myself credit for.

‘For so long I’ve had such low self esteem, confidence and always doubted myself with anything and everything but now I’m starting to feel I have a purpose in life and this baby will be the making of me.
‘I’m not really an open book and like to stay quite closed but now and again when I feel I can open up I will try and contribute to helping others because I know it can mean so much.
‘I’m so excited for my baby boy to arrive I know it will be hard but it will be sooooo worth it. To all those beautiful mums/mums to be you are incredible keep being amazing’.
Shelby and Sam revealed they were expecting a baby boy by throwing a gender reveal party earlier this year.
The couple famously had a fiery on-off friends with benefits relationship on TOWIE but decided to give things a go last year.
Shelby said: ‘I’m so excited for my baby boy to arrive I know it will be hard but it will be sooooo worth it’
